Having a beautiful body is tricky. All depends on the intentions and our efforts in make it happen. Beautiful ass very desirable course by many women. In practice buttocks, you can do at home. Simply use the items in your home to help your practice. You only need one type of exercise that is Squat. They can be varied from the easy level, up to a difficult level.
3 Squat variations that can be done in the home to shape your ass or buttocks are:
1. Chair Squat
Use your dining chairs to help your exercise. Position your body as if to occupy or to sit the chair with your upper body leans forward. Extend your arms forward parallel to the chest and lean your buttocks to the back. Hold your body before touching the chair and then raise and lower (up and down) your top up body slowly and at the same time resting on your butt.
2. Tiptoe Squat
Place your palms and toes on the floor. Raise your buttocks up until the body of 45-degree angle. Rise and lower (up and down again) your heels slowly. Do not let your heels touch the floor during the exercise performed.
3. Front One-Legged Squat
To do this, you need a thick book or thick dictionary that is thick enough to be a pedestal. Put one foot in the book and the other foot touches the floor with only the fingertips touching. Bend your foot which is above the book. On the same foot, lower your knee and slowly raise your foot which is above the foot.
