If no, you should come back to Bali and taste this great tasty and delicious local Bali food.

After visiting the tourist attractions in Bali, it is incomplete if we do not yet enjoy the Balinese culinary dish (sorry, this special menu for non-Muslims), the Pig Roll (Babi Guling)
Babi Guling a typical food of Bali’s most popular. Pork roll is a kind of side dishes made from female or male piglets are intact except the entrails removed entirely replaced with herbs and vegetables such as cassava leaves, grilled over charcoal fire while playing in circles (rolled) until cooked premises marked color skin become brown and crispy. Pigs roll in the beginning used for ceremonial offerings in both traditional ceremonies and rituals, is now sold as a good meal in cafes, restaurants and even luxury hotels in Bali. The most famous pork roll comes from Gianyar regency.
One of the places of interest for tourists to enjoy this one dish is Gemah Ripah shop located in Denpasar.

“My mother used to make this so often but she would make the filling with bread crumbs a lot of greated cheese, parsely and rasins. I used to like when she would let them get a little darker when she browned them in her cast iron pan. I have made them but, just not as good as mom used to make.”
