Stammering Stutter Guy Go to Camp

In a holiday season there is a group of students who will go camping ona mountain legs. And just so happens that the section in charge of equipment quite stammered/stutter when he speaks. Consider the following dialogue between them:

Before leaving, all sections has been examined by a party chairman,

“Health section is ready?”
“Ready to pack everything is available and sufficient for the purposes for camping!”, Said Health Sie.

“Section transportation?”, Said Mr. Chairman.
“Ok boss, even we have excess car!!”, Said sie transportation.

Until the end of Section Equipment: “How about yours equipment and a tent?”
“Rr .. rr ….. rr. .. rrr.” said the stammering stuttering.

and this unfinished speak, cut by the Chairman and was not impatient: “Fine if it’s ready, we are leaving … pull it out, go go go!!”

The group camping is leaving. Arriving at the location:
“Let’s unload and set up fire wood, food, and set up the tent!”

When all sections busy doing their job, Mr. Chairman found that the stutter was still quietly sitting and looking at his friends on busy.

“Heh … where is tent? Put it on!!” chairman asked

“Mmmm … Mi…Missss itttt. … Bbboss!!” replied stuttering.
